We begin a brand new series of FREE Groovin’ Well workshops at Holy Sepulchre, the National Musicians Church, in the City of London this Spring.
These are relaxed and sociable gatherings bringing people together to loosen up, let go and have a laugh.
Groovin’ Well workshops are led by and for people age 50+. Sessions will build from simple getting-to-know-you activities through to making a short choreography from participants’ own stories and movements.
The sessions are about having fun, loosening up and letting go, celebrating the good stuff of life.
No experience needed. All shapes, sizes and levels of mobility welcome.
