The second in a brand new series of FREE Groovin Well workshops at The Beaney House of Art & Knowledge in Canterbury.
These are relaxed and sociable gatherings bringing people together to loosen up, let go and have a laugh.
Groovin’ Well workshops are led by and for people age 50+. Sessions will build from simple getting-to-know-you activities through to making a short choreography from participants’ own stories and movements.
The sessions are about having fun, loosening up and letting go, celebrating the good stuff of life.
No experience needed. All shapes, sizes and levels of mobility welcome.

Practicalities : Wear loose clothing that you feel comfortable in, trainers or bare feet, and bring a bottle of water.
WHEN? 2pm – 3.30pm on Fridays from 27 September to 1 November 2024.
WHERE? The Beaney, 18 High Street, Canterbury, CT1 2RA
WHAT TO WEAR? Comfy clothes you can move in and trainers or soft shoes.
COST? The workshops are FREE of charge. All welcome.
