Event Info

Come along to our Herne Bay Moving Well festive drop-in session. You’re welcome to watch or take part in a 40-minute accessible movement session and see the choreography the group has been working on.

Afterwards, stay for festive treats and a cuppa.

Moving Well sessions are FREE and aimed at older people. They are led by the welcoming and highly experienced team at Moving Memory Dance Theatre Company. No experience is needed – just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to have fun.
