Event Info

Moving Well workshops are led by and for older people, no experience needed. All shapes, sizes and levels of mobility welcome. Sessions will build from simple getting-to-know-you activities through to making a short choreography from participants’ own stories and movements.

The sessions are about having fun, loosening up and letting go, celebrating the good stuff of life.

This is the first block of Moving Well in Herne Bay. Block 2 will start shortly after on 16 January until 6 March 2026. You can learn more here.
