Moving Memory will be running a new series of 10 Moving Well workshops in Faversham on Wednesday evenings starting 2nd May, 6pm – 8pm
These movement based sessions are for adults 50+ who would like to loosen up and have a laugh. We will introduce some basic movement skills, learn to move well, and explore ways of bringing our experiences to life via movement, music and digital projection. There is no need for any experience, just a desire to try something different and let go. Please wear clothes you feel comfortable to move in, and bring a bottle of water.
