Moving Well is a series of sessions for adults 50+ who would like to loosen up and have a laugh. Warm-up with basic movement exercises, then explore ways of working with others and bringing your body to life. There is no need for any dance experience, just a curiousity to try something different. Please wear clothes you feel comfortable to move in and bring a bottle of water.
£30 for six sessions (to be paid in cash or by cheque at the first session).
Sessions start at 6.30pm and finish at 8pm.
