If you lead a community group and are looking for new ideas to encourage movement and creativity, these 7 sessions are for you!
You will learn the basics of Moving Well – our adaptable and inclusive movement practice which promotes community and creativity in a positive and non-judgemental way. At the end, you’ll have a new tool-box to play with in your own future sessions.
There are seven weekly sessions at the Woodlands Arts Centre, Gillingham, on Fridays from 10.30am – 12.30pm.
Series starts Friday 21st January and the last session is on Friday 4th March
Experience of movement or dance is a bonus – but not essential.
Thanks to funding via Kent Sports and Ideas Test, these training sessions are free.
NB There is free on-site parking (first come / first served) and a cafe at the venue.
