Love Grows project has started!

Love Grows is our most ambitious project to date. We are working with four primary school / care setting pairs across Kent:

• Woodlands Primary School and Age UK Medway (COGS group)
• Cliftonville Primary School and Age UK Thanet
• Canterbury Academy Primary and the Red House Care Home
• Littlebourne Primary School and a specially-created community group

Our teams, made up of members of our core performance company, trainee group (the “juniors”) and Intergen31 group, will work with primary school children (yrs 1/2). Over the next few months, the children will beeome investigators, on the hunt for movement, sounds, memories and music which conjure up the love between the generations. They’ll be searching amongst their own families and friends, and with older people living locally. What they find will be used to make their own performance-presentation and then will be incorporated into a Love Grows extravaganza at b0ing! festival 2019.
