Moving Memory Dance Theatre invite older people (50+) to limber up, let go and have a laugh by joining our new series of Moving Well workshops – online via Zoom. Moving Well workshops are a chance to meet new people and work together to share ideas and movements. There are no steps to learn and no prior dance experience is necessary.
As a company of older women, we understand about the physical stresses and strains of everyday life and we love working with people of all ages, shapes, sizes and bodies.
The workshops are being delivered online via Zoom. If you don’t have experience of Zoom, don’t worry – we can guide you through it. You do need to have access to a laptop/computer (phones and tablets are not ideal) and a steady internet connection.

Workshops are free
(although a donation of £30 – £5 per session – will help us enormously!)
