New show – Golden Slumbers

We’re thrilled to have been awarded Arts Council England project funding to develop our new show Golden Slumbers for touring in 2025.

Building on the Welsh concept of Cwtch – a loving hold – Golden Slumbers will be a highly visual and physical outdoor show exploring the endless cycle of labour experienced by women through their lives & celebrating everyone’s right to a little rest & recuperation.

The show will involve our core company of older performers supported by live musicians and a chorus of local movers & songsters guided by Musical Director Nina Clark. We can’t wait to get started!
