For their final session, our Damn It! Dance It! group at The Mall, Maidstone performed for a passing audience of friends, family and shoppers. Watch on Vimeo here.
The choreography has been put together by the group from their own stories and everyday gestures supported by our fab Creative Facilitators, Laura and Mj.
As one participant said:
“I found it a revelation. I’ve had three to four years of feeling absolute rubbish and it’s given me the confidence to move more. It’s just been joyful.”
