We’re really pleased to share that performance artist Bobby Baker will chair the post-show Q&A for We’ll Take It From Here, Dear on 17 June as part of Wavelengths Festival.
Bobby Baker is a performance artist whose work explores lived experience, humour, mental health, and the everyday realities of being a woman and mother with honesty through her company Daily Life Ltd. A long-time patron of Moving Memory, Bobby’s work has inspired generations of artists through its boldness and humanity.
Following the sharing of We’ll Take It From Here, Dear – a new work in progress created and performed by Moving Memory’s core performance company – Bobby will lead a conversation about the themes, process and ideas behind the work.
The event will also include a short animated film by Sue Bridge.
We’ll Take It From Here, Dear is part of Wavelengths Festival and supported using public funding by Arts Council England through a National Lottery Project Grant.
