Event Info

Moving Well workshops are led by and for older people, no experience needed. All shapes, sizes and levels of mobility welcome. Sessions will build from simple getting-to-know-you activities through to making a short choreography from participants’ own stories and movements.

The sessions are about having fun, loosening up and letting go, celebrating the good stuff of life.

There’s also an optional opportunity to perform in our new show Dover Winter Light Up at the end of the programme – no obligation to take part in the performance to join the workshops.

Tuesdays, 28 October – 9 December
11.30am – 1pm
Biggin Hall, Dover
