Event Info

Join Moving Memory for the final Wake Up & Shake Up of the series — a warm, welcoming online movement session to ease you into the day.

Led by our Creative Director, Sian, this 15–20 minute session is all about gentle movement, playfulness, and feeling good in your body. There’s no right or wrong way to move — just do what feels good for you.

Stay on afterwards for a cuppa and chat, or simply enjoy the movement and head off into your day.
