This World Mental Health Day, join Moving Memory for a brand-new online session designed to lift your energy, boost your mood, and put a spring in your step.

Wake Up & Shake Up is a free, 15-minute movement session led by our Creative Director, Sian. Whether you’re wiggling, stretching, or having a little boogie, the session is all about letting go, loosening up, and having fun.

Why join?

  • Lift your spirits and start the day feeling good.

  • Connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

  • Shape future activities by sharing your feedback after the session.

What you’ll need:

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in

  • Trainers, soft shoes, or bare feet

  • Clear space and a water bottle

No experience is needed — all shapes, sizes, and levels of mobility are welcome.
