Interested in leading creative, inclusive movement sessions for older adults? Join Moving Memory and West Kent Mind for our Moving Well Facilitation Training, part of the Creative Agents programme funded by the National Lottery through Creative Minds.

This course offers an introduction to Moving Memory’s Dance Theatre movement practice, designed specifically for older adults. You’ll explore the essential skills and insights needed to become a Creative Facilitator, with a focus on supporting health and wellbeing – for both participants and facilitators.

Sessions are informal, welcoming and hands-on, providing a shared space to learn through discussion, movement exercises and practical experience.
