Event Info

Join us at the Women’s Winter Well at Folkestone Harbour Church for a morning of wellbeing, conversation and creativity. Chat with a wide range of health and wellbeing professionals, enjoy engaging talks from Claire Grant, Thrive By The Sea, and be inspired by Moving Memory’s lively displays.

We’ll be kicking things off with a Wake Up & Shake session, followed by a wellness stomp. This will offer you a chance to move, laugh and let out all that restless winter energy. Better out than in!

When: Tuesday 2nd December 2025, 10.30am-3.00pm
Where: Folkestone Harbour Church, 130 Canterbury Road, CT19 5NR

We hope to see you there.
