Event Info

Ebb and flow: the movement of life. An autobiographical exploration honouring/celebrating the hands we have held, the journeys we have made and the hurdles we overcome.

Exploring connection and how this enables us to stand side by side – united and strong. The choreography has been co-created by the participants themselves, drawing on their own stories, experiences and movement.

Our Moving Well programme offers free, accessible workshops led by and for older people – creating space for creativity, connection and joy, with no experience needed.
