We’ll Take It From Here, Dear, An Artist’s Response is a short animated film by artist Sue Bridge, exploring the themes of Moving Memory’s production, We’ll Take It From Here, Dear.
Following a self-directed residency in 2025, during which Sue made drawings of the performers in rehearsal, Moving Memory invited her to return in 2026 to create an animation responding to the new production.
Through movement and humour, the work portrays these women as they prepare for battle, challenging ageist stereotypes with wit, resilience and determination.
We’re delighted that We’ll Take It From Here, Dear: An Artist’s Response has been selected for the Women Over 50 Film Festival 2026 programme.
