We’ll be leading a free, intergenerational Open Workshop on Sunday 10th December from 3pm to 4.30pm in Glassworks Studio on Mill Bay.

The workshop will build from simple getting-to-know-you movements through to making a group piece for performance.

The session is about having fun, loosening up and letting go, celebrating the good stuff of life. No experience needed – everyone welcome, including children accompanied by an adult.

Wear comfy clothes you can move in, trainers and bring a bottle of water.

There’s an opportunity to perform at 6pm that day for those who want to (but not necessary if you just want to come along to the workshop)!
